The 2002 passout reunion of Thiagarajar College of Engineering alumni, where I studied Electrical Engineering, was one of those days. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 23 years since we finished college! It was a beautiful blend of laughter, nostalgia and the kind of conversations that instantly transport you back in time. From listening to lectures, having canteen moments, enjoying cultural nights, talking non stop hostel storiesโ€ฆ we took different paths and now live in different cities and have different lives – but one smile, one hug and we were back to being the same college gang.

Being part of the organising committee kept me busy with registrations and logistics and before I knew it, the day was over! It truly felt like one day wasnโ€™t enough to reconnect with so many friends after all these years.

It also reminded me of how fast life moves. In the rush of careers, families and responsibilities, we often lose touch with people who once felt like everyday constants. This reunion was a gentle nudge to reconnect, cherish old bonds and keep them alive.

Hereโ€™s to lifelong friendships, shared memories and the joy of picking up right where we left off. ๐Ÿ’›
